Mercer Hotel

Jenjuice Hospitality was introduced to hotelier Andre Balazs, by French interior designer Christian Liaigre, to assist in the development and opening of the food and beverage program at the highly anticipated opening of the Soho’s first hotel, Mercer Hotel.

With a blank canvas,  Jenjuice Hospitality worked together with  Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten to create Mercer Kitchen,  145 seat restaurant serving Provencal cuisine, the cozy lobby café, and 24-hour room service.

Twenty four years later, Mercer Hotel remains the cozy Soho- chic home away from home, according to Forbes Magazine, and Mercer Kitchen, the dining destination for locals, date night, and European travelers.

“The phenomenal pre-opening success of the Mercer is proof of two things: News travels fast among the hip and the cool and the fabulous, and there’s nothing like a good buzz to get something off the ground.” Travel & Leisure
