SERVICES: Successfully developed, managed and launched the food and beverage program for the 75-room landmark hotel by Andre Balazs. Consisting of a 24-hour lobby cafe, restaurant with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (Mercer Kitchen), bar, room service, in-room events, minibar, and cafeteria.
