The art-meets-design redux of Manhattan’s historic Gramercy Park Hotel was the vision of boutique hotel pioneer Ian Schrager. To make this unique concept a reality, he hired Jennie Yip to partner/develop and manage its vast food & beverage program — a restaurant, two bars, private roof club, event space, a cafeteria, room service, and catering.
To recreate The Gramercy into one of the most talked-about hotels in the world, Schrager enlisted NY painter Julian Schnabel to collaborate with interior designer Anda Andrei.
