Macklowe Properties’ ONE WALL STREET condominium is a stunning Art Deco condominium in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District. Situated between the NY Stock Exchange and Trinity Church, it’s one of the tallest skyscrapers in Lower Manhattan.
To develop a deluxe private club for residents only, Macklowe hired JH to create the food and beverage program at THE ONE CLUB, an exclusive amenity featuring a pool, gym, terrace, event space and intimate club room on the 39th floor.
