The landmark Gramercy Park Hotel was the vision of hotelier Ian Schrager intersecting bold NY design with 5-star service. He enlisted NY artist Julian Schnabel, alongside his in-house interior designer Anda Andrei, to design the hotel rooms and common spaces.
JH was approached by hotelier Ian Schrager to partner, develop and manage the food and beverage program, for the world-class destination. This included the two bars (Rose Bar & Jade Bar), private roof club, restaurant, room service, event space, catering, and cafeteria.
 The hotel continues to be a breakthrough for the hotel industry, leading to future design hotels and F&B concepts.
