Known for it’s award winning sushi, owner/partner Jonathan Morr brings his New York City’s hot spot, BONDST, to Miami Beach into his namesake hotel, Townhouse Hotel in 2000.
BONDST Lounge was created with a simple sushi menu and sake list for the locals that quickly grew to the “best sushi date place” in a few months. Designer, India Mahdavi, brightened up the basement space with her colorful furniture and baby blue walls that guests adored.
