PROJECTS >

Inspired by the eclectic hand made ceramics and stemware seen throughout Italy. The delicate gold trim detail adds a bit of glamor to the party.

HAMPTON HOME

Inspired by the small bars of Tokyo, BUCK15 was a playground of branded glassware, Japanese collectible toys to the collaboration of PUMA sponsored uniforms and merchandise.

BUCK15 BAR LOUNGE

Inspired by the American cuisine of Chef Charlie Palmer, and the designs of Gabellini Sheppard, JH curated Knickerbocker's tableware from all five F&B outlets.

KNICKERBOCKER HOTEL

Tabletop inspiration came from China's old tea houses, Chinese medicine packaging and random Chinese writings as seen on the streets of Shanghai and Hong Kong. The result, a Chinoiserie Bistro.

MISS YIP CHINESE CAFE

The tabletop inspiration was selected to compliment Chef Jean-Georges Vongericten's provencal cuisine and the modern luxury restaurant interiors of Christian Liaigre.

MERCER KITCHEN

Tabletop inspiration started with Ian Schrager's mastery vision and concept followed by the eclectic colors, and design of artist Julian Schnabel, and ISH team.

GRAMERCY PARK HOTEL

The OS&E hotel inspiration and selection was inspired by Designer India Mahdavi's French chic style-- breakfast buffet, BONDST Lounge, rooftop bar to bedding, uniforms to the gift-shop merchandise.

Hotel Beauty Box is a quarterly online subscription of a " Hotel in a Box". JH developed, sourced and branded each theme hotel direct to consumers.

Inspired by the back street bars of Tokyo's Shibuya neighbourhood, we incorporated the owner's love and collection of Japanese collectible toys, art and created a retro lounge.

After 3 months of opening, BUCK15 quickly developed a cult following that attracted PUMA to sponsor the uniforms, and collaborate on events and provide the uniforms for the venue.

Restaurant: Miss Yip Chinese Cafe

Miss Yip Chinese Cafe

Inspired by the old Shanghainese tea houses with antique tables and chairs; checkered floors and tin ceilings. The female mascot was used through out the to-go packaging, merchandising, uniforms, menus, window detail, delivery car decal, marketing, and digital platforms.
