JH was approached by hotelier Ian Schrager to partner, develop and manage the food and beverage program, for the world-class destination. This included the two bars (Rose Bar & Jade Bar), private roof club, restaurant, room service, event space, catering, and cafeteria.
The hotel continues to be a breakthrough for the hotel industry, leading to future design hotels and F&B concepts.
