PROJECT: St.Cloud Rooftop, Knickerbocker Hotel, New York City
Only 150 meters from the famous Time Square New York City ball drop, Knickerbocker Hotel approached JH to rebrand the spectacular 3,500sq foot rooftop space, St. Cloud.
Up for the challenge, JH provided a clear assessment of the new opportunity by studying the staff, menu, service style, space, budget, and operations, and increasing the seating capacity throughout the penthouse. We developed a collaboration with Club Macanudo to create a bespoke cigar lounge, curated weekly live DJ and bands, created seasonal pop-up opportunities with the chef, and hosted the 2017 New Year’s Eve Ball drop in Times Square. With a robust program, we worked with the in-house team to strategize and marketed the food and beverage outlets for hotel guests and the general public to experience.
