As the New York hotel brand, Dream Hotel enters into the  Dallas market, they retained JH to research the market and identify fundamental Food and Beverage Concepts and Partnerships that would resonate with their brand.  

 JH highlighted brand competitors, F&B operators,  local artisans, collaborators, proposed bespoke restaurant and bar concepts, and identified chefs that would be best suited for the food and beverage program.
