HOTEL ( THE MERCER )

Jenjuice Hospitality was introduced to hotelier Andre Balazs by French interior designer Christian Liaigre to assist in the development and launch of the food and beverage program at the highly anticipated Mercer Hotel. With a blank canvas, JH worked with Chef JeanGeorges Vongerichten to create the three F&B outlets; Mercer Kitchen, a 145 seat restaurant serving Provencal cuisine, the lobby café, and 24-hour room service.

Twenty-five years later, Mercer Hotel remains the cozy Soho- chic home away from home, and Mercer Kitchen, the dining destination for locals, date night, and European travelers.
