Entrepreneur, civil engineer, and baker approached Jennie to assist with a new operational structure post-Covid to help expand the successful cheesecake company with fresh eyes. From staffing, packaging, mail-order to setting up operational structure, JH continues to assist ownership with his vision.
Today, Valery is working on his first cookbook, and developing his second location in The Cedars section of Dallas, due to open Spring 2023. He continues to build community and support bakers looking to start their own food business journey by mentoring and creating an affordable ghost kitchen and store front rental program.
