TABLETOP & OS&E
SOURCING & DESIGN

Jenjuice Hospitality specializes in those little details that add charm to a place and product — from custom flatware, uniforms, private-label amenities, to-go packaging, branded promotional goods to merchandising. Depending on the scope of services, we work direct with owners, attend trade shows and develop a timeline and deadline to keep everyone current on wholesale costs, budgets and purchasing schedules.

The process from ideation to purchasing could take 3 to 6 months to curate.

Working with Mercer hotelier Andre Balazs, interior designer Christian Liaigre and Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten on NYC's first SoHo hotel was an honor. To choose classic tabletop elements for Mercer Kitchen, JH was inspired by SoHo's art scene, Liagre's work and chef's inimitable Provencal cuisine. That selection still exists today, 25 years later.

MERCER KITCHEN

JH helped develop the HOTEL BEAUTY BOX concept -- sourcing, branding and choosing luxe amenities for the quarterly subscription travel stash. Each box was themed for a unique destination and on-the-road experience.

For Miss Yip Chinese Cafe, JH wanted Miami locals to feel and taste Hong Kong in a chinoiserie bistro setting. Tabletop inspiration came from China's old tea houses, Chinese medicine packaging and random Chinese writings as seen on the streets of Shanghai and Hong Kong.

MISS YIP CHINESE CAFE

Inspired by Chef Charlie Palmer's American cuisine, JH curated Knickerbocker's tabletop from buffet, room-service wares, hotel amenities to promotional items. Its five food & beverage outlets included restaurant, coffee shop, banquet hall, rooftop lounge, and room service.

KNICKERBOCKER HOTEL

Inspired by the small bars of Tokyo, BUCK15 was filled with Japanese collectible toys, art, and personal knickknacks. A showcase for deejays on Miami's indie music scene, JH collaborated with PUMA to design their club uniforms and curate branded goods.

BUCK15 BAR LOUNGE

Amid great walls of art by Julian Schnabel, JH worked alongside Ian Schrager and his ISH team to curate tabletop wares for five outlets -- main restaurant, two bars, banquets, garden rooftop and room service.

GRAMERCY PARK HOTEL

This project was a 4-year collaboration with designer India Mahdavi, Grupo Habita and Jonathan Morr. From furniture to restaurant tabletop wares, JH locally sourced artisans for the 41-room hotel in Condesa, Mexico.

ANDRE BALAZS PROPERTIES

Inspired by the easy vibes of South Beach, JH worked with designer India Mahdavi and Jonathan Morr to curate all elements of this 70-room Streamline Deco hotel. No detail was overlooked: from tabletop wares for the breakfast buffet, BONDST Lounge and rooftop bar to hotel bedding, staff uniforms, branded accessories and gift-shop merchandise.
